How to measure correctly
Back length
Measure from the nape of the neck, at the base of the neck, straight down to the hip bone. This measurement determines how far down the back the protector reaches.
Body height
Measure your total height standing up, without shoes. Use this measurement together with the back length to confirm the correct size.
Chest circumference
Measure around the widest part of the chest, just under the armpits. Keep the measuring tape horizontal all the way around.
Waist circumference
Measure around the waist where your trousers normally sit. This measurement ensures that the lower part of the protector fits snugly without pinching.
